Development Policies

Well Drilling License

All wells drilling within the RM of Antelope Park No. 322 requires a well drilling license to be completed as well as a $450 fee for the drilling and a $100 development permit fee that must accompany the application.  There will be a $1000 infrastructure fee at the time of drilling to be invoiced by the Rural Municipality of Antelope Park No. 322.

Pipeline Crossing Request

All pipeline crossing requests must go through the municipality’s WellTraxxRM program. For details, please contact the office.

Development Permit

All development in the municipality requires a Development Permit. Please contact the office to discuss any upcoming development to ensure that all of the required documents are completed.

Building Bylaw and Permits

All new structures over 100 square feet that are not associated with an agricultural operation require a building permit.
